• Products sold directly by Pay Vyapaar

• Any type of membership or subscription

2. Exception (Wrong or Incorrect Product Delivery)

• A product that does not match the description

Then the user may contact us for support.

In such cases:

• We will verify the issue

• If the claim is found to be genuine, we will ensure that the correct product is delivered

Note: This will not be treated as a refund case. Instead, it will be considered a product correction/replacement.
